Public Offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Offer is addressed to any natural or legal person (the “Customer”) who wishes to use the paid services of Interender.

Paying for the services described in the Offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of its terms under Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2. Definitions

“Service” — the software-and-hardware system hosted at https://interender.com, providing tools for improving interior images via machine-learning models.

“Credits” — internal accounting units for generation operations. One credit equals one variant; complex products (presentation pack, materials matrix, sales render) have their own credit price published at https://interender.com/pricing.

“Plan” — a package of credits and limits available to the Customer via subscription or one-off purchase.

3. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants the Customer access to Service features according to the chosen Plan. The service is considered provided from the moment credits are added to the Customer’s balance or the subscription is activated in their account. Subsequent use of credits (image generation) is performed by the Customer independently and does not require separate payment.

4. Price of services

Current plans and credit-pack prices are published at https://interender.com/pricing and form an integral part of this Offer. The Provider may unilaterally change prices with 14 days’ notice; already-paid subscription periods and purchased credits are not re-priced.

5. Payment

Payments are processed in Russian roubles through the YooKassa payment provider. The Customer pays in full upon full prepayment. The moment of payment is the moment YooKassa confirms the successful transaction.

The Provider is a payer of the Professional Income Tax (NPD). After successful payment, an electronic receipt is automatically issued via the Russian “My Tax” service and emailed to the Customer.

6. Service delivery

Credits are credited to the balance within 1 minute of payment confirmation. The service is digital — no physical delivery is required. Access is technically instant and is limited only by the plan selected.

7. Refunds

The Customer may request a refund within 14 calendar days of payment under Russian consumer-protection law, proportional to unused credits. The request must be sent from the email address linked to the account to the Provider’s support email. Refunds are processed via YooKassa to the original payment method.

8. Liability

The Provider is not liable for the Customer’s losses arising from using generation results if such use violates third-party rights. The Customer indemnifies the Provider against claims by third parties regarding uploaded content. The Provider’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service in the billing period when the cause of loss occurred.

9. Offer validity

The Offer is effective from the publication date at https://interender.com/offer and remains in force until replaced by a new revision. The Provider may change the Offer with 14 days’ notice to the Customer.

10. Miscellaneous

Disputes are resolved through negotiation; otherwise — in the court at the Provider’s place of registration. Russian law governs this Offer. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
