Terms of Service

1. Definitions
“Service” means the online platform Interender accessible at https://interender.com. “User” means any individual or legal entity accessing the Service via registration. “Credits” means internal accounting units for generation operations, debited from the User’s balance.
Commercial terms for paid services are set out in a separate document — the Public Offer. Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptance
Creating an account means the User has read and unconditionally accepts the terms of this document and the Privacy Policy. On the first payment, the Public Offer is additionally accepted.
3. Account
- Registration uses email and password. The User must provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
- Login credentials (username, password, session tokens) are the User’s responsibility. All actions performed via the account are considered performed by its owner.
- One account — one User. Transferring access to third parties, including for a fee, is not allowed.
4. User rights
- Use Service features within the chosen plan.
- Receive technical support via the channels listed in the account and site footer.
- Export generated images and use them in personal and commercial interior projects in good faith.
- Delete the account at any time. Refund procedure for remaining funds is described in the Public Offer.
5. Prohibited actions
The User agrees not to take actions that:
- Violate Russian law or the rights of third parties (including copyright, related rights, trade secrets, privacy).
- Contain extremist, pornographic, offensive or otherwise prohibited content.
- Impair Service operation: automated scraping, bypassing limits, unauthorised access attempts, overload of infrastructure, reverse engineering.
- Aim to resell Service features to third parties as the User’s own product.
Breach is grounds for account suspension without refund for unused credits.
6. Intellectual property
Rights to the source images uploaded by the User remain with the User. The User warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the uploaded content.
Rights to the resulting generations are transferred to the User to the extent necessary for use in personal and commercial interior projects (presentations, client approvals, portfolio publication), except for reselling the Service or its features to third parties.
Rights to the software, design, brand and infrastructure of the Service belong to the Provider.
7. Termination
The Provider may restrict or terminate the User’s access in case of breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or at the request of competent authorities. The User is notified by email.
8. Changes
The current revision of the Terms is published at https://interender.com/terms. The User is notified of material changes by email or through the Service interface. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes means acceptance of the new revision.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes arising from use of the Service are resolved at the Provider’s place of registration.
