1. General provisions

This Policy describes what data the Interender service (the “Service”) collects when you use https://interender.com, how it’s processed, and what rights you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

2. What data we collect

• Registration data: email and password (stored as a hash).
• Profile: name, plan settings, credit balance, interface language.
• User content: source images and generation results you upload in chats.
• Technical: IP address, browser data, server logs, request metadata — used for security and debugging.
• Payment: during payment, card data is processed on the YooKassa side; we only receive the payment status and transaction id.

3. Purposes of processing

• Providing access to Service features.
• Billing, credit accounting, and fulfilling the public offer contract.
• Service notifications and user support.
• Improving the Service, aggregated statistics and analytics.
• Complying with Russian legislation.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. Access is restricted; transport between services uses encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS). User passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be recovered to their original form.

5. Third parties

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except: the payment provider (YooKassa) — for processing payments; the email provider — for sending service emails; authorities — upon a lawful request.

6. Cookies

The Service uses cookies to maintain an authenticated session and remember preferences (e.g. interface language). Disabling cookies in your browser may limit the Service functionality.

7. User rights

You have the right to obtain information about which of your data we process, request correction or deletion, and revoke consent to processing. Send such requests from the email address linked to your account to our support address.

8. Policy changes

We may update this Policy. The current revision is always available at https://interender.com/privacy. We notify users of material changes by email.
